Lithgow Drug & Alcohol Community Counselling
The NBMLHD Drug and Alcohol Service offers free, non-judgemental services and treatments for drug and/or alcohol use, including information and support for families. Free smoking cessation support also available.
Dianella Cottage
A community based AOD treatment service that works to reduce harm and provides a non-judgemental drug and alcohol program that supports coexisting drug, alcohol and mental health issues. It provides individual and group counselling: as well as day drug and alcohol rehabilitation.
Provides Alcohol and Other Drug Counselling and support for young people aged 12-25, as well as mediation with family and carers. In Lithgow and the Blue Mountains this is a mobile service that incorporates school programs, home visits, and meet-ups wherever the young person is comfortable.
Lithgow Headspace
is a free, youth-friendly service for all young people aged 12-25 who are having a tough time, providing early intervention to mental health service, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.
FDS is a not for profit, non-religious organisation which provides non-judgmental support, free education programs, and bereavement support for families and friends of drug and/or alcohol users across Australia.
Lithgow Community Projects
Is a Specialist Homeless Service providing homelessness and domestic violence Services: also supporting women and children through the Lithgow Women and Children’s Crisis Centre.
LINC Child, Youth and Family Counselling (CYFC)
CYFC is a free and confidential counselling service to assist vulnerable families and young people in our community.
